The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business name, project category and project description. Please do not include passwords, financial details or sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand a proposed project and take steps at your request before a potential contract. We do not use it to subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery and website security
When delivery is configured, the form sends your enquiry to GREENWORX’s configured server-side delivery service. In preview mode, delivery is disabled and the form does not save or send your message. The website uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting systems may also process technical request logs to operate and protect the website.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable obligations. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Before public launch
This policy requires a verified data-controller identity, privacy contact, delivery-provider details and retention period before public launch. These details have not been supplied and are not invented here.
